This comprehensive guide will walk you through every document you’ll need to successfully fill out your NEET 2026 application form.

- Scan Neatly: Ensure all scanned documents are clear, legible, and within the specified file size and format. Use a good quality scanner or a scanning app.
- Verify Details: Double-check all personal details (name, date of birth, parent's name, etc.) across all documents and ensure they match your Aadhaar/Class 10th certificate.
- Keep Copies: Always keep multiple photocopies and digital copies of all your documents.
- Active Email & Phone: Use an email ID and mobile number that you actively use and will have access to throughout the year.
- Photograph Guidelines: Adhere strictly to the photograph guidelines. A photograph taken with a date and name printed on it is often preferred, but not always mandatory for NTA; however, it's good practice.
